38 John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name,[1] and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.” (Nu 11:28; Mt 7:22; Mt 12:27; Mr 16:17; Lu 9:49; Lu 10:17; Ac 19:13)

38 ‘Teacher,’ said John, ‘we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us.’

King James Version
