14 And Pilate said to them, “Why? What evil has he done?” But they shouted all the more, “Crucify him.” (Lu 23:41; Joh 8:46)

14 ‘Why? What crime has he committed?’ asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, ‘Crucify him!’
