11 And when they heard it, they were glad and promised to give him money. And he sought an opportunity to betray him. (Mt 20:18) 

New International Version

11 They were delighted to hear this and promised to give him money. So he watched for an opportunity to hand him over. 

New International Reader’s Version

11 They were delighted to hear that he would do this. They promised to give Judas money. So he watched for the right time to hand Jesus over to them. 

King James Version

11 And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.
