27 And they came again to Jerusalem. And as he was walking in the temple, the chief priests and the scribes and the elders came to him, (Mt 21:23; Lu 20:1) 

New International Version

27 They arrived again in Jerusalem, and while Jesus was walking in the temple courts, the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders came to him. 

New International Reader’s Version

27 Jesus and his disciples arrived again in Jerusalem. He was walking in the temple courtyard. Then the chief priests came to him. The teachers of the law and the elders came too.
