English Standard Version

15 So he went and hired himself out to[1] one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 

New International Version

15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 He went to work for someone who lived in that country. That person sent the son to the fields to feed the pigs. 

King James Version

15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
