37 While Jesus[1] was speaking, a Pharisee asked him to dine with him, so he went in and reclined at table. (Lu 7:36; Lu 14:1) 

New International Version

37 When Jesus had finished speaking, a Pharisee invited him to eat with him; so he went in and reclined at the table. 

New International Reader’s Version

37 Jesus finished speaking. Then a Pharisee invited him to eat with him. So Jesus went in and took his place at the table. 

King James Version

37 And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.
