English Standard Version

16 and dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand and sprinkle some oil with his finger seven times before the Lord. 

New International Version

16 dip his right forefinger into the oil in his palm, and with his finger sprinkle some of it before the Lord seven times. 

New International Reader’s Version

16 He must dip his right forefinger into the oil in his hand. He must use his finger to sprinkle some of the oil in front of me seven times. 

King James Version

16 And the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD:
