Lamentations 1:17

17 Zion stretches out her hands, but there is none to comfort her; the Lord has commanded against Jacob that his neighbors should be his foes; Jerusalem has become a filthy thing among them. (Isa 1:15; Jer 4:31; La 1:16) 

New International Version

17 Zion stretches out her hands, but there is no-one to comfort her. The Lord has decreed for Jacob that his neighbours become his foes; Jerusalem has become an unclean thing among them. 

New International Reader’s Version

17 Zion reaches out her hands. But no one is there to comfort her people. The LORD has ordered that the neighbours of Jacob’s people would become their enemies. Jerusalem has become impure among them. 

King James Version

17 Zion spreadeth forth her hands, and there is none to comfort her: the LORD hath commanded concerning Jacob, that his adversaries should be round about him: Jerusalem is as a menstruous woman among them.
