16 And at the seventh time, when the priests had blown the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, “Shout, for the Lord has given you the city. 

New International Version

16 The seventh time round, when the priests sounded the trumpet blast, Joshua commanded the army, ‘Shout! For the Lord has given you the city! 

New International Reader’s Version

16 On the seventh time around, the priests blew a long blast on the trumpets. Then Joshua gave a command to the army. He said, ‘Shout! The LORD has given you the city!

16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the LORD hath given you the city.
