Joshua 5:15

English Standard Version

15 And the commander of the Lord’s army said to Joshua, “Take off your sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did so. (Ex 3:5; Ac 7:33) 

New International Version

15 The commander of the Lord’s army replied, ‘Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy.’ And Joshua did so. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 The commander of the LORD’s army replied, ‘Take off your sandals. The place you are standing on is holy ground.’ So Joshua took them off. 

King James Version

15 And the captain of the LORD' host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.
