English Standard Version

28 Zela, Haeleph, Jebus[1] (that is, Jerusalem), Gibeah[2] and Kiriath-jearim[3]—fourteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the people of Benjamin according to its clans. (Jos 15:8) 

New International Version

28 Zelah, Haeleph, the Jebusite city (that is, Jerusalem), Gibeah and Kiriath – fourteen towns and their villages. This was the inheritance of Benjamin for its clans. 

New International Reader’s Version

28 Zelah, Haeleph, Jerusalem, Gibeah and Kiriath. The total number of towns and their villages was 14. That was the share of land the family groups of Benjamin received. 

King James Version

28 And Zelah, Eleph, and Jebusi, which is Jerusalem, Gibeath, and Kirjath; fourteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the children of Benjamin according to their families.
