4 and Og[1] king of Bashan, one of the remnant of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and at Edrei (Nu 21:33; De 1:4; De 3:3; De 3:10; Jos 9:10; Jos 13:12; Jos 15:8; Jos 18:16) 

New International Version

4 And the territory of Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaites, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Israel also took over the territory of Og. He was the king of Bashan. He was one of the last of the Rephaites. He ruled in Ashtaroth and Edrei.
