John 8:20

English Standard Version

20 These words he spoke in the treasury, as he taught in the temple; but no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come. (Mt 27:6; Joh 7:8; Joh 7:30) 

New International Version

20 He spoke these words while teaching in the temple courts near the place where the offerings were put. Yet no-one seized him, because his hour had not yet come. 

New International Reader’s Version

20 He spoke these words while he was teaching in the temple courtyard. He was near the place where the offerings were put. But no one arrested him. That’s because the time for him to die had not yet come. 

King James Version

20 These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.
