John 6:63

English Standard Version

63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. (Joh 3:6; Joh 6:68; 1Co 15:45; 2Co 3:6) 

New International Version

63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you – they are full of the Spirit[1] and life. 

New International Reader’s Version

63 The Holy Spirit gives life. The body means nothing at all. The words I have spoken to you are full of the Spirit. They give life. 

King James Version

63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
