John 19:35

English Standard Version

35 He who saw it has borne witness—his testimony is true, and he knows that he is telling the truth—that you also may believe. (Joh 15:27; Joh 20:31; Joh 21:24; 1Jo 1:1; Re 1:2) 

New International Version

35 The man who saw it has given testimony, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, and he testifies so that you also may believe. 

New International Reader’s Version

35 The man who saw it has been a witness about it. And what he has said is true. He knows that he tells the truth. He is a witness so that you also may believe. 

King James Version

35 And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.
