John 13:18

18 I am not speaking of all of you; I know whom I have chosen. But the Scripture will be fulfilled,[1] ‘He who ate my bread has lifted his heel against me.’ (Ps 41:9; Mt 1:22; Mt 26:23; Mr 3:13; Lu 6:13; Joh 6:70; Joh 13:10; Joh 13:26; Joh 15:16; Joh 15:19; Joh 17:12; Ac 1:2)

18 ‘I am not referring to all of you; I know those I have chosen. But this is to fulfil this passage of Scripture: “He who shared my bread has turned[1] against me.” (Ps 41:9)

18 ‘I am not talking about all of you. I know the ones I have chosen. But this will happen so that this passage of Scripture will come true. It says, “The one who shared my bread has turned against me.” (Ps 41:9) 

King James Version

18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
