English Standard Version

7 who commands the sun, and it does not rise; who seals up the stars; 

New International Version

7 He speaks to the sun and it does not shine; he seals off the light of the stars. 

New International Reader’s Version

7 When he tells the sun not to shine, it doesn’t. He turns off the light of the stars. 

King James Version

7 Which commandeth the sun, and it riseth not; and sealeth up the stars.
