9 By the breath of God they perish, and by the blast of his anger they are consumed. (Ex 15:8; Job 15:30; Ps 18:15; Isa 11:4; Isa 30:33; 2Th 2:8) 

New International Version

9 At the breath of God they perish; at the blast of his anger they are no more. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 The breath of God destroys them. The blast of his anger wipes them out.
