Job 39:24

English Standard Version

24 With fierceness and rage he swallows the ground; he cannot stand still at the sound of the trumpet. (Jer 4:19; Am 3:6) 

New International Version

24 In frenzied excitement it eats up the ground; it cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds. 

New International Reader’s Version

24 They are so excited that they race over the ground. They can’t stand still when trumpets are blown. 

King James Version

24 He swalloweth the ground with fierceness and rage: neither believeth he that it is the sound of the trumpet.
