23 For God[1] has no need to consider a man further, that he should go before God in judgment. (Job 14:3) 

New International Version

23 God has no need to examine men further, that they should come before him for judgment. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 God doesn’t need to bring charges against anyone. He knows they are guilty. So he doesn’t need to let them appear in his court to be judged. 

King James Version

23 For he will not lay upon man more than right ; that he should enter into judgment with God.
