Job 24:12

12 From out of the city the dying[1] groan, and the soul of the wounded cries for help; yet God charges no one with wrong. (Job 1:22; Jer 51:52; Eze 30:24)

12 The groans of the dying rise from the city, and the souls of the wounded cry out for help. But God charges no-one with wrongdoing.

12 The groans of those who are dying are heard from the city. Those who are wounded cry out for help. But God doesn’t charge anyone with doing what is wrong.
