8 Be warned, O Jerusalem, lest I turn from you in disgust, lest I make you a desolation, an uninhabited land.” (Jer 4:7; Eze 23:18; Ho 9:12)

8 Take warning, Jerusalem, or I will turn away from you and make your land desolate so that no-one can live in it.’

8 Jerusalem, listen to my warning. If you do not, I will turn away from you. Your land will become a desert. No one will be able to live there.’
