Jeremiah 51:33

English Standard Version

33 For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: The daughter of Babylon is like a threshing floor at the time when it is trodden; yet a little while and the time of her harvest will come.” (Isa 17:5; Isa 21:10; Joe 3:13; Re 14:15) 

New International Version

33 This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘Daughter Babylon is like a threshing-floor at the time it is trampled; the time to harvest her will soon come.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

33 The LORD who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says, ‘The city of Babylon is like a threshing-floor when cattle are walking on it. The time to destroy it will soon come.’ 

King James Version

33 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.
