Jeremiah 42:22

English Standard Version

22 Now therefore know for a certainty that you shall die by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence in the place where you desire to go to live.” (Jer 42:16) 

New International Version

22 So now, be sure of this: you will die by the sword, famine and plague in the place where you want to go to settle.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

22 So here is something else you can be sure of. You will die of war, hunger and plague. You want to go and make your homes in Egypt. But you will die there.’ 

King James Version
