Jeremiah 32:36

36 “Now therefore thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning this city of which you say, ‘It is given into the hand of the king of Babylon by sword, by famine, and by pestilence’: (Jer 32:3) 

New International Version

36 ‘You are saying about this city, “By the sword, famine and plague it will be given into the hands of the king of Babylon”; but this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says:

36 Here is what you people of Judah are saying about this city. ‘By war, hunger and plague it will be handed over to the king of Babylon.’ But here is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says.
