11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[1] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Isa 55:8; Jer 31:17) 

New International Version

11 For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

11 I know the plans I have for you,’ announces the LORD. ‘I want you to enjoy success. I do not plan to harm you. I will give you hope for the years to come.
