Jeremiah 24:2

English Standard Version

2 One basket had very good figs, like first-ripe figs, but the other basket had very bad figs, so bad that they could not be eaten. (Isa 28:4; Jer 29:17) 

New International Version

2 One basket had very good figs, like those that ripen early; the other basket had very bad figs, so bad that they could not be eaten. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 One basket had very good figs in it. They were like figs that ripen early. The other basket had very bad figs in it. In fact, they were so bad they couldn’t even be eaten. 

King James Version

2 One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.
