Jeremiah 23:5

5 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. New International Version

5 ‘The days are coming,’ declares the Lord, ‘when I will raise up for David[1] a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land. 

New International Reader’s Version

5 ‘A new day is coming,’ announces the LORD. ‘At that time I will raise up for David’s royal line a godly Branch. He will be a King who will rule wisely. He will do what is fair and right in the land. 

King James Version

5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
