23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, nested among the cedars, how you will be pitied when pangs come upon you, pain as of a woman in labor!” (Isa 13:8; Jer 6:24; Jer 22:6) 

New International Version

23 You who live in “Lebanon,[1]” who are nestled in cedar buildings, how you will groan when pangs come upon you, pain like that of a woman in labour! (1Ki 7:2)

23 Some of you live in Jerusalem in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon. You are comfortable in your cedar buildings. But you will groan when pain comes on you. It will be like the pain of a woman having a baby. 

King James Version

23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!
