Jeremiah 22:11

English Standard Version

11 For thus says the Lord concerning Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went away from this place: “He shall return here no more, (2Ki 23:34; 2Ch 36:4; Eze 19:4) 

New International Version

11 For this is what the Lord says about Shallum[1] son of Josiah, who succeeded his father as king of Judah but has gone from this place: ‘He will never return. 

New International Reader’s Version

11 Jehoahaz became king of Judah after his father Josiah. But he has gone away from this place. That’s because the LORD says about him, ‘He will never return.
