Jeremiah 1:11

English Standard Version

11 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see an almond[1] branch.” (Am 7:8) 

New International Version

11 The word of the Lord came to me: ‘What do you see, Jeremiah?’ ‘I see the branch of an almond tree,’ I replied.

11 A message from the LORD came to me. The LORD asked me, ‘What do you see, Jeremiah?’ ‘The branch of an almond tree,’ I replied.
