13 “Your wealth and your treasures I will give as spoil, without price, for all your sins, throughout all your territory. (Ps 44:12; Jer 17:3) 

New International Version

13 ‘Your wealth and your treasures I will give as plunder, without charge, because of all your sins throughout your country. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 I will give away your wealth and your treasures. Your enemies will carry off everything. And they will not pay anything for it. That will happen because you have sinned so much. You have done it throughout your country.

13 Thy substance and thy treasures will I give to the spoil without price, and that for all thy sins, even in all thy borders.
