James 2:16

16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good[1] is that? (1Jo 3:17)

New International Version

16 If one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,’ but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?

New International Reader’s Version

16 Suppose one of you says to them, ‘Go. I hope everything turns out fine for you. Keep warm. Eat well.’ And suppose you do nothing about what they really need. Then what good have you done?
