Isaiah 9:9

English Standard Version

9 and all the people will know, Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, who say in pride and in arrogance of heart: (Isa 7:2; Isa 7:5; Isa 7:8; Isa 7:17) 

New International Version

9 All the people will know it – Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria – who say with pride and arrogance of heart,

9 All the people will know about it. Ephraim’s people and those who live in Samaria will know about it. Their hearts are very proud. They say,
