English Standard Version

1 Let me sing for my beloved my love song concerning his vineyard: My beloved had a vineyard on a very fertile hill. (Ps 80:8; Ho 9:10; Mt 21:33; Mr 12:1; Lu 20:9) 

New International Version

1 I will sing for the one I love a song about his vineyard: my loved one had a vineyard on a fertile hillside. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 I will sing a song for the LORD. He is the one I love. It’s a song about his vineyard Israel. The one I love had a vineyard. It was on a hillside that had rich soil. 

King James Version

1 Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:
