Isaiah 59:1

English Standard Version

1 Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear; (Nu 11:23; Isa 50:2) 

New International Version

1 Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.

1 People of Israel, the LORD’s arm is not too weak to save you. His ears aren’t too deaf to hear your cry for help.
