10 His watchmen are blind; they are all without knowledge; they are all silent dogs; they cannot bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber. (Isa 62:6; Jer 6:17; Php 3:2) 

New International Version

10 Israel’s watchmen are blind, they all lack knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they cannot bark; they lie around and dream, they love to sleep. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Israel’s prophets are blind. They don’t know the LORD. All of them are like watchdogs that can’t even bark. They just lie around and dream. They love to sleep. 

King James Version

10 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
