English Standard Version

3 For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities. (Ge 28:14; Isa 11:14) 

New International Version

3 For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 You will spread out to the right and the left. Your children after you will drive out the nations that are now living in your land. They will make their homes in the deserted cities of those nations. 

King James Version

3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
