Isaiah 45:23

English Standard Version

23 By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: ‘To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.’[1] (Ge 22:16; Isa 45:19; Ro 14:11; Php 2:10) 

New International Version

23 By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. 

New International Reader’s Version

23 I have made a promise in my own name. I have spoken with complete honesty. I will not take back a single word. I said, “Everyone will kneel down to me. Everyone’s mouth will make promises in my name.” 

King James Version

23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
