2 Thus says the Lord who made you, who formed you from the womb and will help you: Fear not, O Jacob my servant, Jeshurun whom I have chosen. (De 32:15; Ps 71:6; Isa 43:5; Isa 44:24; Isa 49:15; Jer 1:5; Ga 1:15) 

New International Version

2 This is what the Lord says – he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun,[1] whom I have chosen. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 I made you. I formed you when you were born as a nation. I will help you. So listen to what I am saying. Family of Jacob, do not be afraid. You are my servant. People of Israel, I have chosen you.
