Isaiah 44:18

English Standard Version

18 They know not, nor do they discern, for he has shut their eyes, so that they cannot see, and their hearts, so that they cannot understand. 

New International Version

18 They know nothing, they understand nothing; their eyes are plastered over so that they cannot see, and their minds closed so that they cannot understand. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 People like that don’t even know what they are doing. Their eyes are shut so that they can’t see the truth. Their minds are closed so that they can’t understand it. 

King James Version

18 They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
