Isaiah 42:5

English Standard Version

5 Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it: (Isa 44:24; Isa 45:12; Ac 17:25) 

New International Version

5 This is what God the Lord says – the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it:

5 God created the heavens and stretches them out. The LORD spreads out the earth with everything that grows on it. He gives breath to its people. He gives life to those who walk on it. He says to his servant,
