Isaiah 35:1

English Standard Version

1 The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad; the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus; (Isa 32:15; Isa 55:12) 

New International Version

1 The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, 

New International Reader’s Version

1 The desert and the dry ground will be glad. The dry places will be full of joy. Flowers will grow there. Like the first crocus in the spring, 

King James Version

1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
