14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; trembling has seized the godless: “Who among us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who among us can dwell with everlasting burnings?” (Ps 15:1; Ps 24:3; Isa 66:15; Heb 12:29) 

New International Version

14 The sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling grips the godless: ‘Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who of us can dwell with everlasting burning?’ 

New International Reader’s Version

14 The sinners in Zion are terrified. They tremble with fear. They say, “Who of us can live through the LORD’s destroying fire? Who of us can live through the fire that burns for ever?” 

King James Version

14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
