Isaiah 31:9

English Standard Version

9 His rock shall pass away in terror, and his officers desert the standard in panic,” declares the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, and whose furnace is in Jerusalem. (De 32:31; Ps 21:9; Isa 30:29; Isa 30:33; Mal 4:1) 

New International Version

9 Their stronghold will fall because of terror; at the sight of the battle standard their commanders will panic,’ declares the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, whose furnace is in Jerusalem. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Their hiding places will be destroyed when terror strikes them. Their commanders will see their enemy’s battle flags. Then they will be filled with panic,’ announces the LORD. His fire blazes out from Mount Zion. His furnace burns in Jerusalem. 

King James Version

9 And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
