English Standard Version

9 Astonish yourselves[1] and be astonished; blind yourselves and be blind! Be drunk,[2] but not with wine; stagger,[3] but not with strong drink! (Isa 19:14; Isa 24:20) 

New International Version

9 Be stunned and amazed, blind yourselves and be sightless; be drunk, but not from wine, stagger, but not from beer. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 People of Jerusalem, be shocked and amazed. Make yourselves blind so you can’t see anything. Get drunk, but not from wine. Be unsteady on your feet, but not because of beer. 

King James Version
