Isaiah 29:10

English Standard Version

10 For the Lord has poured out upon you a spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes (the prophets), and covered your heads (the seers). (Isa 6:10; Ro 11:8) 

New International Version

10 The Lord has brought over you a deep sleep: he has sealed your eyes (the prophets); he has covered your heads (the seers). 

New International Reader’s Version

10 The LORD has made you fall into a deep sleep. He has closed the eyes of your prophets. He has covered the heads of your seers so they can’t see. 

King James Version

10 For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
