Isaiah 17:1

English Standard Version

1 An oracle concerning Damascus. Behold, Damascus will cease to be a city and will become a heap of ruins. (Isa 7:8; Isa 13:1; Jer 49:23; Am 1:3; Zec 9:1) 

New International Version

1 A prophecy against Damascus: ‘See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. 

New International Reader’s Version

1 Here is a prophecy against Damascus that the LORD gave me. He said, ‘Damascus will not be a city anymore. Instead, all its buildings will be knocked down. 

King James Version

1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
