Isaiah 13:2

English Standard Version

2 On a bare hill raise a signal; cry aloud to them; wave the hand for them to enter the gates of the nobles. (Isa 5:26; Isa 41:25) 

New International Version

2 Raise a banner on a bare hilltop, shout to them; beckon to them to enter the gates of the nobles. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 Lift up a banner on the top of a bare hill. Shout to the enemy soldiers. Wave for them to enter the gates that are used by the nobles of Babylon. 

King James Version

2 Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.
