Isaiah 12:2

English Standard Version

2 “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God[1] is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” (Ex 15:2; Ps 118:14) 

New International Version

2 Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defence[1]; he has become my salvation.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

2 God, you are the one who saves us. We will trust in you. Then we won’t be afraid. LORD, you are the one who gives us strength. You are the one who keeps us safe. LORD, you have saved us.’ 

King James Version

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
